Date Started Care: 01/17/17Why I started Chiropractic Care: I found out that they were a member of the Neuropathy Treatment Centers of America and figured if anyone could help me with my Peripheral Neuropathy it would be Smith Chiropractic. I have been associated with chiropractic care for 18 years and I know these doctors are very well educated on the body’s nervous system and Smith Chiropractic is no exception. I have been dealing with peripheral neuropathy for well over 4 years now. Up until now I have been managing my pain with pain medications and when I came across Smith Chiropractic and their offer, I decided enough was enough with the damaging medications I was taking. It was time to do something different.
My Chiropractic Success: In the 3 weeks I have been receiving treatment, I have noticed a considerable difference. I since have discontinued the Butran’s patch I was taking for pain and I am fully confident that I will be able to discontinue my other one. Anybody who currently manages their pain with medications knows that it is a horrible thing to be addicted to them with no apparent end to taking them in sight. I can’t tell you how relived I am I am to at least be off of one of them and so looking forward to getting off the other one. It’s sad when you realize how much they control your life not to mention the harm they do to the other parts of your body (liver, kidneys, etc).
This is self explanatory in my case, getting the body to heal itself as opposed to just taking pain medications, it’s a no brainer that I would continue care. And I have to mention that Dr. Smith and his staff are the best I have ever came across in all my years of chiropractic and physical therapy care!! So friendly, caring, knowledgeable, courteous, I could go on and on! They will be on my Christmas card list forever

Date Started Care: 12/2007Why I started Chiropractic Care: I have Scoliosis and started with chiropractic care when I was younger, the Army diagnosed me when I was sick with a lung infection/upper respiratory when they did my x-rays they discovered I had scoliosis.
My Chiropractic Success: I have worked for chiropractors in the past and if it wasn't for chiropractic care I would not be able to move, my mid and low back pain in addition to having muscle spasm that get so bad that it is hard to move, breathe, sleep, and function. After being in a road rage collision my neck and back are always tight now and my neck sometimes won't even move for the chiropractor.
Why I Have Continued Care: I could not imagine not getting an adjustment. I continue care to be healthy and to feel better. I don’t get sick as much when I get adjusted.

My Chiropractic Success: I can now use my hands to go up and down stairs with no pain. I have more movement in my neck. I don't have migraines as I did before.
Why I Have Continued Care: I continue care because I want to continue to feel great and keep the pain away, as well as be more active.

Date Started Care: 05/24/2016Why I started Chiropractic Care: bad lower back pain, migraines and a stiff neck. I had been looking for care but could not afford substantial fees.
My Chiropractic Success: My lower back has improved significantly where I used to have lower back pain daily and often could not move easily. Now my lower back only troubles me occasionally. My neck is starting to move into proper alignment. Migraines have diminished considerably.
